Check your Light Bulbs! Switching from incandesent bulbs to compact fluorescent bulbs may seem expensive at first however they last longer and use less energy than the normal incadesent bulbs. If switching is still not in your budget there are other ways you can save energy,- Turn off the lights when you leave a room
- Open the blinds and use natural light
- Try using fixtures that only use one or two bulbs at a time
